PRESTIGE POKER TOUR MEMBERSHIP

Join Prestige Poker Tour (PPT) Membership to be eligible for exclusive deals. Members will be able to take part in any promotions or prize draws. Each prize winner will be contacted using the email address you submitted.

GENERAL TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

All PPT memberships and participation in all current schemes are subject to the following terms. You confirm your acceptance of the following by taking part.

All new members are enrolled onto PPT Membership upon sign-up. Membership and participation in PPT promotions remains at our invitation.
Applicants (and Members) agree and confirm that it is their responsibility to adhere to any of our host venues’ rules and conditions.
We maintain the right to examine and assess the benefits of membership on a regular basis, to ask you to join or enrol in a different form of membership, to keep you enrolled in an existing benefit, and to cancel membership at any time.
These terms are subject to periodic updates or changes. When there are major changes, we’ll try our best to notify you about them both online and at host venues. However, after they are uploaded to our website, any updated conditions will take effect immediately.
All members MUST be 18 or over to join.

Membership is and will always be at our exclusive discretion, and it may be revoked or suspended whenever we see fit.
Applicants agree and confirm that it is their own responsibility to keep their name, contact details and contact preferences up to date and secure. We cannot be held responsible for any failure on Applicants’ part to do so.
Anyone who has self-excluded or used SENSE to self-exclude agrees that it is their sole obligation to refrain from entering, attempting to enter, or registering with any casino while they are a member of the program.
Individuals who have self-excluded agree that if they enter a casino and/or gamble, they will be asked to leave the property, and any profits they make after that will be forfeited without any further obligations.

DATA

  1. When you sign up for a membership, you will provide us your name, address, and contact information—basically, any information that can be used to identify you. This will be used for:
  2. Notify you of any special reward point promos or deals that we might run from time to time that you could consider taking part in.
  3. Sign up to be entered into our contests and offers.
  4. Meet our legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.

  6. Photography & Filming Notice: Please be aware that photography and video recording may take place during PPT events. These images may be used by Prestige Poker Tour for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and print platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, press releases, and future event materials.
  7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR: Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018:
  • You have the right to object to the use of your image.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of PPT staff at the event or contact us in advance via prestigepokertour@gmail.com.
  • You may also request the removal of any published content featuring your image by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
  • We will always respect written non-consent forms submitted at our events. If you have signed a non-consent form, your image will not be used in any promotional material.
  • All personal data, including images and video, is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that the Prestige Poker Tour is a live event where photography and videography are routinely conducted by both official media teams and third-party attendees.

While we make every effort to honour non-consent requests, it is not always possible to guarantee complete exclusion from all footage or images taken in public or crowded settings. For individuals who wish to ensure they are not captured under any circumstances, we respectfully advise that participation in live events may not be suitable.

LIABILITY

  1. Nothing within these terms acts to exclude our liability in respect of personal injury or death nor any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.
  2. Except as provided in paragraph 15 and to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you in any way for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost benefits or redemption opportunities, wasted costs or expenses, or any other indirect, special, loss or damage, howsoever arising and howsoever caused.
  3. Constantly keeping in mind paragraphs 14, 15, 16 and 17 — in the event of a dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims), our maximum responsibility to you will be limited to the following: (i) a re-credit of any prizes that are under dispute; or (ii) £100 in all circumstances.

GENERAL

Membership does not give any rights or entitlements in relation to these.

  1. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions replace all previous versions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided by English courts, the exclusive jurisdiction of which we both accept.
  3. References to “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “PPT” are references to PPT EVENTS LTD, the operator of the PPT Membership program.
  4. References to “You” are to the prospective or participating member of our PPT Membership.
